Thanks to the generosity of our community, SAV-A-PET has been able to rescue injured and homeless animals, repair any injuries and perform surgery if needed, spay or neuter, vaccinate and provide them with a safe shelter/home at the Westheimer Animal Clinic Bellaire. SAV-A-PET has been in operation since 1988 and has had many happy endings thanks to our community. SAV-A-PET is a 501(c)(3) organization. In order to raise much needed funds to keep our program active, we host our annual SAV-A-PET golf tournament each year and this event is a great opportunity for sponsors to make a difference in the lives of needy animals. All the proceeds benefit our SAV-A-PET friends. To help with the cost of care and prevention, your contributions and donations are greatly needed.
Sponsorships and Donations for the SAV-A-PET Golf Tournament are available in the following levels:
CORPORATE SPONSOR $3000: includes your name on flags on all 18 greens, banner with corporate name at registration tables, sponsorship of a foursome (1 team) and dinner, sponsorship of 1 spay or neuter for one of our SAV-A-PETS, opportunity to provide branded items to all players, recognition at the dinner ceremony and at sponsored table, in our brochures, and website with logo.
PLATINUM SPONSOR $2000: includes sponsorship of a foursome (1 team) dinner, sponsorship of a spay or neuter for one of our SAV-A-PETS, your name on signage at a designated hole, recognition at the dinner ceremony and at sponsored table, in our brochures and website with logo.
GOLD SPONSOR $1000: includes sponsorship of a foursome (1 team) and dinner, your name on signage at a designated hole, recognition at the dinner ceremony and at sponsored table, in our brochures, and website.
BAG VALET SERVICE SPONSOR $400: will include name on signage at the bag valet drop station, bag valet for all guests playing, recognition at the dinner ceremony, in our brochures and website.
BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR $300 (4 Sponsors available): includes name on sign on the beverage carts, drinks for all players, recognition at the dinner ceremony, in our brochures and website.
BEVERAGE SPONSOR $250: makes available an assortment of drinks available to all players, includes name on signage at designated hole, recognition in our brochures, website and at the dinner ceremony
HOLE SPONSOR $200: includes name on signage at designated hole and recognition at the dinner ceremony, in our brochures and website.
CONTEST SPONSOR (prize minimum value, please, $100): includes the prize for one of our contests and recognition at the dinner ceremony and in our brochures.
IN KIND DONATION: donate an item for registration gifts, silent auction gifts, raffle, monetary donations (anything helps), items for gift bags (snacks are always appreciated). Any type of donation is very helpful.
COOKIE/SNACK SPONSOR: donation of any cookie or snack item for the players to munch on during the tournament play, recognition at the dinner ceremony and in our brochures.
